TSL 041 - GRAMMAR
For my Grammar class, my lecturer is my mentor, Miss Farah Akmar Bt Ahmad Zaki. FUNNY STORY!!! for our first-ever lecture, me and Chut made it on time. We were not late. 2 Minutes before the class started, we arrived and apparently everyone was already there. So, both of us came in and apologized for being late (even though we were not) but hey out of respect, Must apologize! And then we had our ice-breaking session, exchanging names and when it was my turn....*gulping* I told the class my name is Farrah and now you got 2 Farahs in one room. This never happened to me before so I was slightly anxious... Don't know why but it turned out fine. Grammar's fine and we have a good lecturer with us so.
Grammar is fun but it is also too strict because it is only Right and Wrong. Learning the simplest rule like past tense and present tense actually made me feel like I'm a baby learning to speak. But as it gets deeper into the whole applying it in conversations, that is when it gets tricky. STILL. I love Grammar. I didn't really pay attention to my grammar whenever I spoke before but after learning all these rules, I am trying my best to be aware of the usage of the words I speak.

For my mid-term test, I got quite bad because I felt like the paper was easy....Surprise. OH! Whenever it's Grammar lecture, Miss Farah always asks us to present in front of the class and that actually helps build my confidence to teach my fellow friends. Also, she taught us how to make students engage more when you are teaching. I love Grammar and no Miss Farah did not bribe me into saying that.
