housemate.

Dahlia 1, Level 6, Room 7.

Where trouble meets trouble.

In which I never expected I would end up being in the same house as the two people I met from my interview back BACK then in April. But like always, life works in a funny way. Me, Chut and Tahani; the supposed group of strangers are now family. This small house that I have to share with these 5 people means a lot to me. The Funny story was, me, Chut and Tahani actually joked with each other about being housemates when we met at the interview. Luckily, He heard it. Some things are just too much to be a coincidence, that's why I believe meeting all these 5 unique personas and sharing the past months with them is indeed, a great fate.

ROOM 1: CHUT & TAHANI

The two ladies from my TESL interview. A little bit of flashback, the first time we met. I was curious about how someone's eyelashes can be so long. So I asked Chut if those were her real lashes and she said those are mascara effects. I was so dumb. Also, Chut wanted to be Tahanis's roommate because they both love Pink. (I can't relate to that). Tahani's role in the house is like a Mom among us. We are the stubborn naughty kids that constantly need to be supervised. Chut, on the other hand, the clumsy kid that frequently accidentally hurt herself, Chut holds the title; Clumsy Chut. Double C.

ROOM 2: ZATUL & JOANNA

Negeri Sembilan people. Apparently these two knew each other from when they were kids and they were ex neighbors, ex schoolmates, and everything until Jo had to move to MRSM Mersing. The first few weeks here, I was intimidated by these two because they have already known each other before they got here but as time passed, they are not that intimidating. In fact, they are not intimidating at all. I am grateful for these two. Always.

ROOM 3, where the cool kids are: FARRAH & SOFEA

Me and my roommate!!! coolest kids in the house. Yes, we hold that title. The first few nights were awkward because we were too formal and I wasn't used to sharing room with people that are not my siblings. I was actually worried and anxious to initiate any conversation with her but we immediately click after we both found out that both of us like MARVEL!!! So I would like to thank not only Tony Stark but also Stan Lee (Go excelsior!). Sofea always sleeps early and if she still up when it passed 12. We all would freak out and tell her to go to sleep. Unlike me, I can not sleep at all. hahaha......anyways thank you sofea for being an understanding roommate that doesn't look at me weirdly whenever I scream over my kpop boys :D

my querencia.

The thought of ending this foundation life and goes back to the life before I had known all you five...(feeling a wee bit sentimental tonight) I told these people countless times that I really don't have any friends aside of them and classmates and I don't really like to go outside and socialize. But, having them is enough for me to get through this foundation life. I am not used to showing my affection and I would turn stiff whenever someone hugs me or commit skinship with me but what can I do...this is all I could do to show my affection. I am forever grateful of you guys. Thank you for all the girl's talk we had before and all the laughter we shared. Those are all timeless. All the inside jokes that only we know, I'll hold them dear to my heart forever. Tahani, Chut, Zatul, Jo and Sofea@Pidy; you guys are my querencia. A place where I can come home to anytime. My favorite people.
